GUEST ACCESS

Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the entirety of the house, with the exception of one locked personal closet. This space is designated for our personal belongings.

Urban Nomad offers an inviting retreat with its three bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms, and newly remodeled spaces. We provide all of the linens, toiletries and basic cleaning supplies. We provide a gas BBQ grill and the propane. We have a fully stocked coffee bar with yummy coffee and tea. From the fully stocked kitchen to the outdoor patio, every aspect of the property is designed for your utmost comfort and enjoyment.

When staying at the Urban Nomad you will find that it is conveniently located from many great nearby destinations in Toledo, Ohio! With its close proximity to the Turnpike and Highway, you can easily navigate to where you need to go.

NON-SMOKING ACCOMODATIONS -

Our property is strictly non-smoking. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking to maintain a fresh and clean environment. In the event of a breach, penalty fees and deep cleaning costs of $1,000 or more may be applied.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS –

Reservations obtained under false pretense will forfeit all rental monies and guests will not be permitted to check-in.

INTERNET and SECURITY CAMERAS –

For your security and peace of mind, we have installed security cameras facing the front and back door areas. Please refrain from disconnecting or interfering with any networking equipment. Unlawful access to illegal or prohibited content or networks is strictly prohibited. Tampering with networking equipment, including security cameras, will result in immediate eviction and the loss of unused nights and security deposit.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY –

Please be considerate of our friendly neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.

PROPANE -

We gladly provide propane tanks for the grill. If the propane tank runs out during your stay, simply contact us.

PROHIBITED ITEMS -

Illegal/recreational drugs, and firearms are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property or inside the house. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction and the forfeiture of all rental monies.

PETS -

Please inform us if you are traveling with a Service Animal.

EVENTS, PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE PROHIBITED -

Violation of this policy will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.

CHECK IN –

We will provide you with the house manual and the front door code via e-mail before your check-in. This unique code is specifically assigned to your reservation and changes with each guest for enhanced security. We kindly request that you report any maintenance issues upon your arrival to ensure a pleasant stay.
